Returns & Refunds policy

At Technoscien, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and online learning experiences. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for both software services and educational courses offered by our company.

For Online Courses (Students)

Cancellation:

  • Once a student enrolls in a course and the payment is successfully processed, the enrollment is considered final.

  • Cancellations are not allowed after the course content has been accessed (even partially).

Refunds:

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Digital courses that have been accessed/downloaded.

    • Change of mind or lack of usage by the student.

  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

    • Duplicate payment

    • Payment error (amount deducted but access not granted)

    • Course cancellation from our end

  • All valid refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction via email.

For Software Services (Clients/Projects)

Cancellation:

  • Clients may cancel service contracts as per the agreement signed at the time of onboarding.

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and acknowledged by our team.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for software services are governed by the terms of the project agreement or service-level agreement (SLA).

  • In general, fees paid for delivered milestones or work already completed are non-refundable.

  • Advance payments for services not initiated may be refundable after discussion and approval.

Processing Time:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
